Q:Are you the factory or the trading company?

A:We are the factory in Huadu District, Guangzhou, near the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. OEM or ODM service (including

model and software system) are provided by us.

Q: What's your MOQ?

A: Generally, our FOB MOQ is 5-10 sets(It depends on the models), but small sample order 1pc is acceptable.

Q: How long is delivery time?

A: Normally, the delivery time is 35-45days according to the order quantity/ model/ size of the screens.

Q : Do you have inventory?

A : In order to ensure the delivery time, we usually have 1000 UNITS of various size and model for normal model per month.

Q: How long is the warranty for the product?

A:The warranty period is 1 YEAR for complete machine, but our open cell are A grade LG screen, service life usually is 8-10 years.

Provided 1% spare parts: ISO:9001 international quality management system certificated, provide free spare parts to do the

maintenance if there are defects in the warranty period.

Q:What payment method your company accept? A:We accept most of the payment methods, it is mainly by TT/Western Union.
